Marketing coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator at Garden Living I drive the brand’s visibility and lead generation through Garden Living’s website, social media, and various advertising channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Utilized a comprehensive suite of marketing tools to identify and engage new prospects, effectively expanding the client base and driving lead generation.

  • Created and managed a variety of marketing assets including print materials, graphics, website content, and social media posts to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

  • Designed and developed marketing collateral for retail and trade shows, including brochures, postcards, signs, and banners. Coordinated the distribution of promotional materials to targeted audiences.

  • Oversaw website management, including product updates and Google AdWords program management. Implemented and managed Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, maintaining a social media schedule with relevant posts, tags, and promotions.

  • Utilized Google Analytics and website analytics to track and report on marketing performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.

  • Designed and managed weekly e-blasts targeting specific audiences to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Oversaw the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

  • Developed branding materials including clothing, vehicle wraps, and presentation materials. Coordinated the design and production of promotional items and maintained brand integrity across all materials.

  • Organized and managed trade and consumer show logistics, including coordination, setup, and post-event follow-up to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Created content to support sales initiatives, including showroom materials and sales collateral.

  • Supervised the development of photography and video content for marketing purposes, including photo editing and integration into marketing materials.

  • Managed and ensured the accessibility of marketing collateral on the cloud, including images, brochures, and supplier information.

  • Developed research-based marketing plans to explore untapped markets and support inside sales efforts.

  • Used a CRM system such as Monday.com to keep track of leads, develop them and execute until projects were sold
